Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Showroom Supervisor to manage daily showroom operations and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate should be able to handle staff, maintain sales targets, and ensure smooth functioning of the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily showroom activities and staff performance
- Ensure proper display of products and showroom cleanliness
- Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Manage billing, stock checking, and inventory updates
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
- Monitor staff attendance and work discipline
- Coordinate with management for reports and updates
- Handle customer complaints professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
- Experience in showroom or retail management preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer knowledge (billing & stock)
- Ability to manage staff and handle customers politely
