Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager / F&B Executive to manage daily restaurant operations and ensure high-quality food service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and knowledge of food & beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant and F&B operations
- Supervise staff including waiters, kitchen staff, and cashiers
- Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Handle billing, stock management, and supplier coordination
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and wastage
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Prepare daily sales and staff reports
- Support marketing and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred)
- Experience in restaurant or hotel industry
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
