We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller<\/strong> to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain services\/products to customers, and generate leads or appointments. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Make outbound calls to customers as per data provided<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Explain products or services clearly<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Answer customer queries politely<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain call records and follow-ups<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Generate leads or fix appointments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Minimum qualification: SSLC \/ Plus Two<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Good communication skills (Malayalam required, English\/Hindi optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Basic computer knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to convince customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
