We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager \/ F&B Executive<\/strong> to manage daily restaurant operations and ensure high-quality food service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and knowledge of food & beverage operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant and F&B operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Supervise staff including waiters, kitchen staff, and cashiers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Handle billing, stock management, and supplier coordination<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and wastage<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Handle customer complaints professionally<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prepare daily sales and staff reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support marketing and promotional activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Diploma \/ Degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience in restaurant or hotel industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Good communication and leadership skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to handle pressure during peak hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
