Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Provide information about services or products<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Follow up with customers and generate leads<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain call records and visitor entries<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Schedule appointments and manage inquiries<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support office staff with basic admin work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • Minimum qualification: Plus Two \/ Diploma<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Good communication skills (Malayalam mandatory, English preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Pleasant personality and professional attitude<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to multitask<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
