Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain services/products to customers, and generate leads or appointments. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers as per data provided
- Explain products or services clearly
- Answer customer queries politely
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
- Generate leads or fix appointments
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two
- Good communication skills (Malayalam required, English/Hindi optional)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to convince customers
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
