Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Distribution Manager to manage and oversee the distribution network, ensure timely delivery of products, and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily distribution and logistics operations
- Plan and monitor delivery routes and schedules
- Handle distributors, dealers, and stockists
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to all locations
- Monitor stock levels and inventory movement
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and transport teams
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly distribution reports
- Resolve delivery and supply-related issues
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- Experience in FMCG / logistics / distribution field
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
