Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Manager to oversee daily construction site activities and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce
- Ensure construction work is done as per plan and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers
- Monitor materials, tools, and site safety
- Maintain site records and daily work reports
- Ensure timely completion of work
- Handle site issues and resolve problems efficiently
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Experience in construction or site supervision
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to manage workers and contractors
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting
