Job Description:
We are looking for a smart and friendly Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front desk operations and handle customer calls. The candidate should be polite, well-spoken, and able to manage both reception and telecalling duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
- Provide information about services or products
- Follow up with customers and generate leads
- Maintain call records and visitor entries
- Schedule appointments and manage inquiries
- Support office staff with basic admin work
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma
- Good communication skills (Malayalam mandatory, English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask
